Gotta Meet the Codes

Long before tiny houses were a thing, states like Utah had codes for RVs. These codes stated that no RVs can be in an RV park unless they are RVIA certified. Unfortunately a lot of people have purchased tiny homes from people who are not RVIA certified, and then they are surprised when no RV park will allow it.
